Danid Centre for Chronic Illness offers long term care to the acute and chronically sick who may benefit from long-term stay in the hospital. Patients with serious medical conditions that require care on an ongoing basis but no longer require intensive care or extensive diagnostic procedures will benefit more in the set up.
We also transition our services to home based healthcare of the sick and elderly persons. Home care helps people who need chronic, end-of-life, rehabilitation, maintenance and long-term care to remain independent at home. Care is provided by licensed healthcare professionals who provide medical treatment needs or by care givers who provide daily assistance to ensure the activities of daily living.
