At Danid Centre for Chronic Illness we offer cancer treatment to the patients diagnosed of cancer. We also offer specialized medical care for people who are terminally ill, debilitating illnesses or facing problems associated with life threatening illnesses.
The care focuses on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness and maximize quality of life for both the patient and the family and to provide patients with relief from symptoms, pain, physical stress and mental stress
It involves the creation and implementation of a care plan with input from a number of health professionals e.g. oncologist, physicians, nurses, physiotherapist and occupational physiotherapist. We also involve psychologists, social workers, chaplains in caring for the sick. We can take care of the patients at the facility or at home.
